What is this web page all about?

The following articles deal with various aspects of high performance. Unfortunately, you may find that they don't all fit the traditional style of a business article. In other words, I really try to speak the 'truth' about high performance in a direct, and sometimes outrageous, manner. Most importantly however, I feel that they get to the heart of what is both hypocritical and promising about the pursuit of high performance in organizations today. I post at least three new articles each month, so please come back soon!

Articles are added on at least a monthly basis. Feel free to share them with your friends (and enemies?) - they might make a difference. Finally, I want to thank my editor at Industrial Engineer magazine, Jane Gaboury, for inspiring me to convert my thoughts into digital information each month - she produces a great magazine - one that I think you should subscribe to even if you are not an Industrial Engineer!
