I spent over five years of my work career as Director of Quality for Oak Harbor Freight Lines. During this time, I learned a lot about what it takes to build high performance work practices into the jobs of terminal managers, sales personnel, dock workers, and most importantly, drivers. Additionally, I have been using lean six sigma approaches for over 20 years, which is much longer than these certifications have been publicly offered.
