I spent over five years of my work career as Director of Quality for Oak Harbor Freight Lines. During this time, I learned a lot about what it takes to build high performance work practices into the jobs of terminal managers, sales personnel, dock workers, and most importantly, drivers. Additionally, I have been using lean six sigma and other process excellence approaches for over 20 years, which is much longer than these certifications have been publicly offered. My goal at Great Systems is to share my learnings with you in a low cost, high value manner.
