The bottom line is this - process and operational excellence should not be complicated. I have spent my entire work career looking for the best systems that can be used to help you achieve your employee engagement, incident elimination, customer satisfaction, waste reduction, cost savings, and other operational excellence goals, and I believe that I have found some great ones. In December, I will be facilitating a TapRooT® 5 day onsite root cause analysis workshop in Grand Junction, CO and conducting one of my own "Process Excellence From the Inside Out" workshops in Dallas, TX. I will also be working on making a variety of improvements to this website, making additional workbooks available for sale on Amazon.com, and working on new product development.

At the Industrial Engineering Solutions conference in May, I introduced my new process excellence certificate-based product line. True process excellence cannot be realized unless every process owner adopts a continuous improvement mindset and learns to use process improvement tools on a daily basis. These three certificates (process owner, team leader, and organizational leader) take six months to obtain, require workshop participation, and more importantly, demonstrated and consistent improvement tool skill demonstration. Virtual coaching is offered during the six month process as part of the certificate fee. If you are interested in learning more about these certificates, please send me an e-mail.
